VCI Legal is pleased to announce its support for the launch of the VIAC Panel of FinTech and Digital Economy Dispute Specialists, held on 29 May 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City as part of Vietnam ADR Week 2026. VCI Legal participated in the event as a Bronze Sponsor of Vietnam ADR Week 2026, reaffirming the firm’s commitment to supporting the development of effective, specialised and internationally aligned dispute resolution mechanisms in Vietnam. 

The event, organised by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in collaboration with the Vietnam Lawyers Association and the Vietnam Business Lawyers Club, marked an important step in strengthening Vietnam’s dispute resolution infrastructure for emerging sectors including digital finance, fintech, blockchain, digital assets, capital markets and cross-border financial transactions. 

At the event, VIAC officially introduced its Panel of FinTech and Digital Economy Dispute Specialists and signed cooperation agreements with the Vietnam Association of Financial Investors (VAFI) and the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Asset Association to promote cooperation in financial, fintech and digital asset dispute resolution.

Mr. Tuan Phung, Managing Partner of VCI Legal, Standing Vice Chairman and Secretary General of VAFI, and Mediator at the Vietnam Mediation Centre (VMC), a mediation institution under the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), was announced among the specialists of the new Panel. His participation reflects VCI Legal’s continued engagement at the intersection of financial markets, investment policy, digital transformation and dispute resolution.
