• Advise and represent ex-board members of a Top-5 bank in Vietnam who are involved in 2 unprecedented “Mega Cases” in banking and financial frauds: proxy investment, crossholding equity ownership & foreign exchange control;
• Successfully negotiate and settled amicably a US$ 120M transactional dispute between a Top-5 bank & investment fund in Vietnam on guarantee and payment liabilities: first of its kind;
• Represented developer in US$ 200M repossession transaction dispute with a top financial corporation in a first-of-its-kind case;
• Advised & represented EAB – a Top-5 bank – in cross-border frauds and US financial fraud charges;
