Ms Thu Dinh joined VCI Legal in July 2019 where her practice focuses on legal research in M&A, dispute resolution, labor, commerce, and especially in investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS). She has extensive experience in working with investor clients, local authorities, and courts at different levels. Before her employment at VCI Legal, Thu worked as a legal executive for an investment company that specializes in renewable energy across Vietnam. Ms. Thu Dinh has been assisting clients in investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) through complex business disputes with multiple parties, including government agencies.
Thu obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, and completed her lawyer-training diploma at the Judicial Academy of Vietnam. She was also trained in various courses in accounting, economics and finance.
