Drawing on more than three decades of experience in corporate law, finance and international business, Mr. Tuan will deliver a presentation on “Green Finance in Vietnam – Legal Framework, Risks and Practical Access for Businesses.” His session will provide participants with an in-depth overview of Vietnam’s regulatory framework governing green finance, recent policy developments, key legal risks, and practical pathways for businesses seeking to access sustainable financing opportunities.

Mr. Tuan currently serves as Managing Partner of VCI Legal, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Vietnam Association of Financial Investors (VAFI), Arbitrator at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), and Mediator at the Vietnam Mediation Centre (VMC). He previously served as General Counsel of Unilever Vietnam and held legal positions with Deutsche Bank and Coudert Brothers. In addition, he is the Honorary Consul General of Finland in Ho Chi Minh City and serves on the executive committees of EuroCham Vietnam and the Ho Chi Minh City Young Business Association.
