Thang helps us with cross-cultural and cross-border Corporate/Banking law matters promoting successful negotiations, resolutions and operations in Vietnam. He has experience at major foreign banks and companies advising on corporate compliance and finance, M&A transactions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, strategic investments and general corporate advisory work as well as securities, banking & finance, debt capital markets.
