Mr. Tuan Phung was invited to express his opinions on the Renewable Energy Practicial Issues and Bidding /Auction Mechanism in Vietnam. The speech focused on analysis of, including:

This annual summit drew attention and participation of more than 200 industry executives, 400 delegates, such as the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the MOIT’s Electricity and Renewable Energy Authority, EVN, HALCOM, Enterprize Energy Group, the Danish-Vietnamese Energy Partnership Programme,… for the purpose of discussing and  promoting wind based power development in Vietnam
