Lam is an Associate of VCI LEGAL in the firm’s Ho Chi Minh City office and practices in the fields of corporate, investment, M&A, real estate and Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS). Prior to joining VCI LEGAL, he worked for a leading law firm in Vietnam and successfully assisted various international and local clients in structuring overseas and domestic transactions and joint ventures worth of millions of dollars. Currently, he plays a major role in VCI Legal’s ISDS team - one of the best leading firms in the ISDS field in the region.

Lam holds an LL.M. from the University of Sydney, and an LL.B. from Ho Chi Minh University of Law.
