Hội nghị lần thứ 26 Các bên tham gia Công ước khung của Liên hợp quốc về biến đổi khí hậu (COP26) đã bế mạc ngày 13/11/2021 tại Glasgow, Scotland, Vương quốc Anh, với việc tái khẳng định duy trì mục tiêu hạn chế mức tăng nhiệt độ toàn cầu ở ngưỡng 1,5 độ C theo Hiệp định Paris được thông qua tại COP 21 tại Paris vào ngày 12/12/2015. 

The 26th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP26) concluded on November 13, 2021 in Glasgow, Scotland, UK, with the reaffirmation of maintaining the goal of limiting the increase of global temperatures to 1.5 degrees Celsius according to the Paris Agreement adopted at COP 21 in Paris on 12 December 2015.

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the world’s economy serious damage and Vietnam was no exception. In order to revive the economy, the National Assembly issued Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 on fiscal and pre-systematic policies to support the program of socio-economic recovery and development. The Government continued its efforts by issuing Decree 31/2022/ND-CP on interest rate support from the State budget for loans of enterprises, cooperatives, and business households.
